Elite Family Testimonials
"Chattanooga Elite is a fantastic organization which serves the greater Chattanooga area in tremendous ways by working with our youth. This program has fostered the lives and talents of young male students from grades four through twelve. A number of their youth have received college scholarships in basketball and have gone on to play professionally both in the NBA and the European leagues.
While basketball is the draw, these young men learn; life skills, respect for self and others, teambuilding, and the importance of education. The love and concern for the youth is evident in the coaches and the volunteers who work with the kids and sometimes their family members as well.
The Men's Ministry of New Monumental Baptist Church is honored to be partnered with this great organization as a way of giving back to the community. Couch Alexander and his team do an outstanding job guiding and building young athletes and even more importantly, young men of character."

"I have been a part of the Chattanooga Elite Basketball Program for the past 10 years and a member of New Monumental Baptist Church since I was the age of the Kids we are presently working with. Both are about developing youth in our communities, community service and this is what Programs should be about!!!" Coach Leroy Alexander, Jr., Coach
"My son Noah Mathis just finished his 1st season with the Chattanooga elite basketball program. This was the best decision we have made in his young life. During his time the coaches have advanced his skills and his love for the game as well. He has made friends from all different walks of life and cultures that open his young mind to diversity. Coach Leroy specifically holds him accountable not only when it comes to his basketball skills but also his academics. All this but also introducing him to Juneteenth and the meaning behind it which we should all celebrate. I’m proud my son has the chance to be a part of a program that is about so much more than basketball and can't wait to continue the journey with him." Joey Mathis, Parent
"In a time where leadership and mentoring is sorely lacking, Chattanooga Elite Program has stepped in to fill the void for young men in our area. I am very proud as a parent for my son to represent Chattanooga and the Elite Program!" Mr. Morgan Johnson, Parent
"Chattanooga Elite has impacted my son in more ways than just athletically. He has developed more leadership skills while being with Chattanooga Elite. He has learned how to persevere through trial and tribulations. He has learned how to control his emotions on and off the court. I am so grateful for Chattanooga Elite and the impact they’ve made." Brooke Smith, Parent
"Chattanooga Elite has been a blessing for C.J. The coaches are amazing! They help C.J. with many things beside basketball. They have developed a relationship with him because he is a home-schooled child and is not around a lot of children. Basketball has kept him busy in a healthy way and he has gained an extended family. He is also very excited about his new mentor Coach Alexander. He has really connected with him and is excited to spend time with him. He tells me that he is a really nice guy and wants to teach him basketball. I Thank God for Coaches & Mentors they make a difference in the lives of these boys."
